Molina Center is owned by AGNL Clinic, L. P., a Delaware limited partnership and leased back by Molina Healthcare, Inc. Property management support for the Molina Center is provided by McKinney Advisory Group.
Molina Healthcare, Inc. and its health plan subsidiaries provide managed care services to persons eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-sponsored programs for low-income families and individuals. Molina healthcare's licensed health plan subsidiaries currently serve more than 1.8 million members. Molina Healthcare also offers health information management and business process outsourcing solutions for state Medicaid programs through its subsidiary, Molina Medicaid Solutions. Starting as a tenant in 2002, Molina Healthcare purchased what is now Molina Center in 2011 and then entered into a sale-leaseback agreement with AGNL Clinic, L. P. in 2013. McKinney Advisory Group (MAG) serves as asset and property manager for Molina Healthcare handling daily operations and other property management related issues for Molina Center. McKinney Advisory Group offers a knowledgeable "no-worries approach" for property management with quality teams present in multiple markets that are well versed in the current compliance regulations and property management laws. The team continually performs research and actively observes market trends to extrapolate data relating to vendors, rates and terms.
